HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once you have made an enquiry for personal training I will send you a health questionnaire to fill in prior to any sessions booked. This is just to ensure that there is nothing that needs to be checked by a health professional before commencing exercise.
Once we have established there are no red flags we can book your first PT session.
