September Challenge


31 days of pure fitness and nutrition!!

This is not just about fitness, this is about mental wellbeing, self care, mindfulness and nutritional support #nodietsallowed!

I will provide you with 3-4 20-30 minute pre recorded workouts a week so you can do them at your convenience and as many times a week as you can. I will also be there for motivation, support and ACCOUNTABILITY in a optional whatsapp group.

At the start of the challenge I will suggest things to have on your shopping list for the month and also a suggestion or two of what structure that you can follow to aid weight loss if that is your goal. This again is optional!

This is about finding the time in your schedule for yourself, putting yourself first so you can be in a better state of mind for everyone else! Build your self awareness, self-confidence and motivation, strength and fitness.

Nutrition support (recipes, ideas shopping lists, education)

You will need a small amount of equipment, either resistance bands or a set of weights
